We have developed our range of products to cater for sakes, protein supplements, vitamins, salads and other supplements such as amino acids, essential fatty acids and weight control products. Our different packaging solutions offer a variety of features such as tamper evidence, glass clear PET or heat seals. We offer bespoke artwork options also, with printed labels and label application available onto any bottles supplied.
The materials used in these ranges are mainly manufactured in PET and HDPE plastics – some of which are suitable for hot fill, and others perform better at lower chillier cabinet temperatures. If you are unsure what packaging may suit your health food and nutrition application, then please contact one of our team for more advice - or select from one of the ranges below for more product images and information.

We worked with Court Lodge Farmhouse Yoghurts to design and source their PET bottles. As part of our service we also label each bottle on-site and repack products into bespoke sized sealed bags to aid with the filling process on the farm.
Court Lodge is a working organic dairy farm in the heart of Sussex. As well as passionate farmers, they are also keen wildlife lovers which is why the team are committed to organic methods – which means no herbicides, insecticides or purchased fertiliser – they only use the manure of their own cows.
This ethos extends to their packaging as each bottle is made from recycled contents and can be widely recycled in your standard recycling kerbside collection, as long as it is thoroughly rinsed beforehand.
And just like P Wilkinson Containers, the farm recently installed solar panels on the roof of the yoghurt dairy to generate sustainable electricity. We’ve also got solar panels which power our entire warehouse, storage and factory in Bermondsey!
Gym Bites was a new start-up company which created an innovative product for health food customers – a health food, calorie-controlled meal in a jar. The team at Gym Bites required large PET jars with screw lids and additional labelling. This brief came to us in 2015, at a time when we were just starting to label jars in house using for the first time.
Wilkinsons supplied Gym Bites with a 1000ml PET jar and lid, alongside a bespoke printed label which we applied on site. We also held stocks for the client, providing call-off delivery in small order numbers.
Julienne Bruno is a London-based company that produces original products made with natural plant-based ingredients, they promote healthy lifestyle choices by emphasising the flavour, creativity, and sustainability of its products. Its most popular product is the award-winning dairy-free cheese, “Burrella,” which is sold in tamper-evident plastic pots from P Wilkinson Containers.
Each plastic pot is completely transparent providing superior clarity with the Julienne Bruno logo in bold wrapping on the outside, and an image of the product on the top of the lid of the pot. With secure tamper-evident tabs on the sides of the pot, this ensures food hygiene and product life extendibility, ideal for a product containing sensitive ingredients.
The lightweight yet durable nature of the plastic pots are key factors in extending and preserving the shelf-life of Julienne Bruno products. Pip & Nut is a natural peanut butter company from London that makes peanut and almond butter made from specially sourced hi-oleic peanuts. Pip & Nut promotes high standards of social and environmental responsibility and has been recognised as a certified B Corp. Its most popular product is the highly awarded smooth almond butter, which can be sold in a 425g tamper-evident plastic pot.
Each plastic pot, supplied by P Wilkinson Containers, is white and has the Pip & Nut brand logo wrapped around the outside as well as the nutritional information and the story of how the product was created on the back. The label is an In Mould Label (IML) which has been inserted by a robotic arm into the injection mould tool, meaning that the label is more durable than a standard label as it cannot be removed or become unstuck. With secure tamper-evident tabs on the sides of the pot, this ensures food hygiene and product life extendibility, ideal for a product containing sensitive ingredients.
Sustainable product packaging that can be recycled by consumers at home is a key focus for Pip & Nut, meaning that the P Wilkinson Containers plastic pots were an ideal packaging solution as all plastic pots are 100% kerbside recyclable.
